 God of War - Ragnarok - 2022

After we shipped God of War 2018, we started the production of the next GOW Title, Ragnarok.

Lead a team of 8 Character Artists, working closely with Art Director on setting the bar, standards, and developing the pipeline on all character related things.
Worked closely with Rendering Engineer on rebuilding the Material Editor, being the representative of the Art Department.
Worked with Design, Tech Art and Animation on creating a solid pipeline for prototyping characters and enemies, getting each step approved by dept leads, ensuring good communication and transparency across the groups.
Worked closely with Production on scoping the entire project, managing outsourcing resources and projecting the schedule of the Character Art Dept.
Pushed tech and visuals, setting the bar on a few key assets, through sculpting, modeling, materials and texturing.
